Milane was born from one simple truth, small business owners work too hard doing things that could run themselves. While helping local entrepreneurs grow online, we kept seeing the same problems: missed calls, lost leads, chaotic calendars, and no time left to actually run the business. That's why Milane was born, to bring practical AI and automation into the hands of everyday business owners, not just big corporations.
We started small, one client, one system, one result at a time. Every project since then has been built with one goal: make life easier for local business owners while helping them scale faster. Our next goal is to help 100+ small businesses fully automate their customer communication and operations by the end of 2026.

Founded by Rashid Kone Dorleans, Milane is a new-age automation agency built on passion, grit, and real hands-on experience. Rashid saw business owners wasting hours chasing calls and managing messages, so he built solutions that do that work behind the scenes.
